Cotton loop knit fabric – motorcycles 260 g/m

Cotton loop knit fabric (French Terry) is a soft, comfortable, and slightly stretchy fabric with elastane in its composition.

On one side, the fabric is smooth, while on the other side it has a small loop structure that provides extra comfort and warmth.

This fabric is ideal for sportswear, casual outfits, hats, sweaters, pants, and children’s clothing.

Loop knit fabric is breathable and ensures natural air circulation, making it a great choice for both cooler and warmer days. A practical and durable fabric with enough elasticity for comfortable everyday wear.

Sewing tips:

When sewing with cotton knit fabric, it is recommended to use Jersey or Stretch needles. If the knit fabric is very stretchy, it is recommended to use Super Stretch needles, which are specially designed for elastic fabrics. These needles have a rounded tip that allows them to easily glide between the knit fibers without damaging the fabric. Needle size usually depends on the fabric thickness, but for cotton knit fabric, commonly suitable sizes are 70/10 or 80/12.
